The Winnipeg Jets announced today they have agreed to terms with forward Trevor Lewis on a one-year contract with an average annual value of $750,000.
Lewis, 34, played 56 games for the Los Angeles Kings in 2019-20 and had 12 points (6G, 6A) and 16 penalty minutes. The native of Salt Lake City, Utah has played 674 games over 12 seasons with the Kings while recording 163 points (70G, 93A) and 171 PIMs. Lewis won a pair of Stanley Cups with Los Angeles and has posted 23 points (11G, 12A) and 20 PIMs in 79 playoff games.
Lewis was originally drafted by the Kings in the first round (17th overall) in the 2006 NHL Draft.
