Nathan MacKinnon fed the puck to Cale Makar along the left half-wall. Makar cut through the left circle before taking a wrist shot from the inner edge that beat Connor Hellebuyck glove side.

Nathan MacKinnon set up a give-and-go with Matt Calvert at the edge of the left circle. Calvert tapped the puck into the high slot where MacKinnon beat Connor Hellebuyck high blocker with a wrist shot.

  • Are 4-5-1 at Bell MTS Place this season.
  • Had killed off 16 consecutive penalties before Colorado’s power play goal in the third.  Previous power play goal allowed was in the second period on Oct. 26 vs. Calgary (Heritage Classic).
