Mathieu Perreault stole the puck from a Red Wings defender in the right corner and fed Adam Lowry on the right wall.  Lowry moved towards the net before sending a backhand pass to Brandon Tanev in the slot. Tanev lifted the puck up and over the glove of Jonathan Bernier and in.

Blake Wheeler picked up the puck in the right corner, moved to the top of the right circle, and tried to slide a pass across the ice. The puck hit the stick of Thomas Vanek and redirected past Jonathan Bernier and in.

While playing 4-on-4, Bryan Little sent a pass from the left corner to Kyle Connor at the top of the left circle.  Connor returned the pass back to Little at the left face-off dot who let a shot go that redirected off of Mike Green, over Jonathan Bernier’s right arm and in.

With the Detroit net empty, Blake Wheeler fed Kyle Connor at the Red Wing blueline where Connor fired a wrist shot into the empty net.
