- Suited up the USHL’s Des Moines Buccaneers for two seasons from 2004-2006
- Named the USHL’s Player of the Year in 2006 after racking up 75 points (35G, 40A) in 56 games, as he helped Des Moines win the Clark Cup
- Also selected as the USA Junior Player of the Year, USHL Forward of the Year, and USHL Gentleman of the Year in 2006
- Is a member of the Des Moines Buccaneers Hall of Fame
International Career
- Played for USA at the 2015 World Championship, helping them win bronze after posting nine points (3G, 6A) in 10 games
- Won bronze playing for USA at the 2007 World Junior Championship
