Blake Wheeler won a race for a loose puck in the right corner and made a centering pass to Kyle Connor in front of the crease.  Connor buried a re-direct high blocker on Carter Hutton.

Blake Wheeler set up Mark Scheifele’s one-timer from inside the left circle. After Carter Hutton made the initial save on Scheifele, Kyle Connor collected the rebound and ripped the puck inside the right post.
