Leon Gawanke – Cape Breton Screaming Eagles (QMJHL
Gawanke continued his torrid pace with 12 points (2G, 10A) in 11 games in February. He ended the month with two points in three consecutive games. He had two points (1G, 1A) and nine shots in 7-5 loss to Rouyn-Noranda on February 22. Gawanke is tied for fifth in QMJHL scoring among defencemen this season with 50 points (14G, 36A) in 54 games. In his third season with the Screaming Eagles, Gawanke has established career highs for goals, assists and points.

Nathan Smith – Cedar Rapids Roughriders (USHL)
Smith had eight points (2G, 6A) in nine games and ended February on a five-game point streak. He had a pair of two-assist games to highlight his month – Feb. 2 vs. Green Bay 3-1 W; Feb. 28 at Green Bay 5-4 W. Smith leads Cedar Rapids in scoring this season with 40 points (14G, 26A) in 45 games.

Giovanni Vallati – Oshawa Generals (OHL)
Vallati had nine points (1G, 8A) in 12 games in February. He had a goal and an assist in a 4-1 win against Barrie on Feb. 10 and a pair of assist in a 5-4 win against Flint on Feb. 15. After playing his first two seasons with the Kitchener Rangers, Vallati has set career highs in goals (10), assists (32) and points (42) with Oshawa this season.
