Filip Forsberg picked up a loose puck in the left corner before sending a pass to Viktor Arvidsson in the left circle. Arvidsson let a wrist shot go that beat Laurent Brossoit on the blocker side.

While on the power play, P.K Subban passed to Ryan Johansen in the right circle who passed it right back to Subban who one-timed a slapshot blocker-side on Brossoit and in.

While on the power play, Blake Wheeler carried the puck into the Predators zone and fed Mark Scheifele at the bottom of the right circle. Scheifele stopped, brought the puck to his backhand, and lifted it just inside the far corner.

Kyle Connor held the puck in at the left point and flipped a pass to Kevin Hayes in the slot.  Hayes passed to Nikolaj Ehlers in the left circle. Ehlers attempted to take the puck to the net on his backhand, but had the puck knocked away and Connor moved in and snapped a shot glove side on Pekka Rinne and in.

Along the left wall at his own blue line, Mark Scheifele sent a pass across the ice to a streaking Blake Wheeler at the Nashville blue line. Wheeler moved into the right circle and snapped a shot that beat Rinne blocker side.

With the Nashville net empty, Mark Scheifele took the puck at the red line and sent a backhand pass to Tyler Myers at the blue line. Myers lifted a backhand into the empty net.

With the Nashville net empty, Kevin Hayes carried the puck into the Predators zone and let a shot go that was blocked. Blake Wheeler picked up the loose puck in the left corner. He sent a backhand to Hayes at the top of the crease and Hayes knocked it into the open net.
