The Winnipeg Jets announced today they have agreed to terms with goaltender Eric Comrie on a one-year, two-way contract worth $650,000 in the NHL.

Comrie, 23, played three games for the Jets last season and recorded his second NHL win. He also had an 18-13-3 record for the Manitoba Moose with two shutouts, a 2.58 goals-against average, and .916 save percentage. The product of Edmonton, Alberta also played nine playoff games for the Moose, going 3-6 with a 3.18 GAA and a .908 SV%. Comrie had his first NHL win for the Jets in 2016-17 and has also played 136 games for the Moose over the last five seasons. He has a 52-67-16 record with six shutouts, a 2.95 GAA, and .908 SV% during his time with the Moose.

Comrie was drafted by the Jets in the second round (59th overall) in the 2013 NHL Draft.
